Dwelling

In each room: satellite television, air conditioner, fridge with mini-bar, inner telephone, balcony or terrace with chairs and table, interior is made of natural tree. We may put a childish bed in every room for small guests. 

Semiluxe (2 main places)

Double bed or two separate, wardrobe, chest of drawers, table, arm-chairs or chairs, TV-set, lavatory (washstand, whirlpool box, WC, dryer for towels).
Extra places : there is a possibility to put a comfortable camp-bed for a one person.   

A breakfast is included into the cost
Children for 2 years - free of charge, from 6 till 12 years — 50% discount ( you can get a childish bed). 
For groups with long dwelling - discount by agreement. 
Advanced payment is necessary — 20%, in hign season— 50%.
